The IMR program was created by the California Legislature and began on January 1, 2001. This database shows all IMR decisions since the program began.

Names and other personal information about patients are not listed. Medical conditions and treatments are listed in general terms.

Remember that every IMR is unique. Each case is reviewed independently. The way one case was decided in the past does not mean that a similar case will be decided the same way now.
